- Usage information: Chat messages, images, video, AI (@Trii) queries and responses, logs, device info, IP address, etc.
- Payment information: Subscription purchase/renewal (payment is processed by the store; we handle only the minimum necessary).
2. Purposes of Use
We use collected information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Verify identity, manage accounts, and provide support
- Generate AI (@Trii) responses (message content is used for AI processing)
- Prevent and address violations and misuse
- Send notices and marketing (with your consent)
- Statistics and analysis (in non-identifiable form)
3. Sharing with Third Parties
We do not share your personal information with third parties except:
- With your consent
- When required by law
- With contractors (e.g. cloud, analytics) to the extent necessary (they are bound to handle data appropriately).
For AI features, message content may be sent to external APIs (e.g. Google AI). Their privacy policies apply.
4. Retention & Deletion
We retain chat messages and profile data as long as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete your data except where retention is required by law.
5. Security
We take measures such as access control, encryption, and operational rules to prevent loss, misuse, or alteration of personal information.
6. Children
The Service is intended for users who meet the minimum age required by law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without parental consent.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page and may be announced in the app.
