Terms of Service

By using Trii (the “Service”), you agree to the following terms (“Terms”). Use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
Article 1 (Application)
These Terms apply to the use of the Service “Trii” and govern the relationship between users and the provider.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- “Service”: The Trii app and related websites and features.
- “User”: Any person who uses the Service.
- “Content”: Messages, images, video, and other data that users send or store on the Service.
Article 3 (Account & Registration)
Users shall register with true and accurate information. Users shall promptly update their registration when information changes.
Article 4 (Prohibited Conduct)
Users shall not:
- Violate laws or public order and morals
- Infringe the rights of the provider, other users, or third parties
- Disrupt the operation of the Service or attempt unauthorized access, tampering, or destruction
- Cause nuisance or harm to other users (including defamation, spam, impersonation)
- Place excessive load on the Service’s network or systems
- Provide benefits to antisocial forces or engage in other conduct deemed inappropriate by the provider
Article 5 (Provision, Change, Termination)
The provider may change, suspend, or terminate the Service without prior notice. The provider shall not be liable for any damage arising therefrom.
Article 6 (Intellectual Property)
Intellectual property rights in the Service belong to the provider or rightful owners. Content submitted by users remains their property but users grant the provider the right to use it as necessary to provide, improve, and promote the Service.
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
The provider does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of AI (@Trii) responses. Users are responsible for their own decisions and actions based on AI responses.
Article 8 (Limitation of Liability)
Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, the provider shall not be liable for damage arising from use of the Service. For paid services, liability may be limited to the amount paid.
Article 9 (Changes to the Terms)
The provider may change these Terms as needed. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Article 10 (Governing Law & Jurisdiction)
Japanese law governs these Terms. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts with jurisdiction over the provider’s head office.
